Certification Requirements
Initial Certification Requirements
The requirements below are for applicants applying for their initial certification (they do not apply to those applicants applying for recertification).
Initial Certification Requirements for Consultant:
- 18 to 24 months of SRT consulting practice with clients after completion of a SRT Advanced class from a certified SRA teacher.
- Completion of 52 or more complete SRT clearings. A minimum of 10 of these must be face-to-face consultations. Applicants are permitted to clear up to 10 family members to reach the requirement of 52 total clearings.
- Completion of an official SRT Intensive Skills Class, within the previous two years, from an SRA-certified Intensive Skills teacher. This is a requirement for certification applicants living in the United States, Canada, British Isles, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Venezuela, Colombia, China, Taiwan, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Trinidad and Tobago. - Completion of an official Self Mastery class from an SRA certified Self Mastery teacher. This is a requirement for certification applicants living in the United States, Canada, British Isles, Germany, Hungary, Venezuela, China, Taiwan, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Trinidad and Tobago. - Receiving the Ascension newsletter for updated information.
- Payment of the appropriate Association fee.
Initial Certification Requirements for SRT Teacher:
- SRT teacher certification applicants must be certified SRT consultants for at least 12 months prior to seeking SRT teacher certification.
- SRT teachers are required to successfully complete Self Mastery class in all countries where that class has been taught. Applicants must have a recommendation from the Self-Mastery teacher.
- Completion of an official SRT Intensive Skills Class is a requirement for SRT teacher certification applicants regardless of country. (Curriculum translations pending in some locations. Please contact the SRA office if you have any questions.)
- Receiving the Ascension newsletter for updated information.
- Payment of the appropriate Association fee.
Initial Certification requirements for SpR Teacher:
- SpR Teacher candidates are required to be at least certified SRT Consultants, with a minimum of 12 months of practice, and must have taken an SpR Class twice before applying. It is strongly preferred that applicants be certified SRT Teachers.
